At Geedup Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original bag or box, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized postal location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
